Role Description The Project Manager/Sr. Manager – Oracle Fusion will lead end-to-end delivery of Oracle Fusion-based initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of projects. This full time hybrid role is based in Chennai, with a combination of in office collaboration and some work-from-home flexibility.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing project scope, timelines, and budgets; coordinating cross-functional teams; and ensuring alignment with client requirements and organizational standards. The role involves overseeing Oracle Fusion implementation or enhancement activities, managing risk and issue logs, facilitating stakeholder communication, and driving adherence to quality and governance frameworks. The Project Manager/Sr. Manager will also mentor team members, contribute to best practices, and support continuous improvement across Oracle Fusion programs.
Qualifications
• Strong project management skills, including project planning, scheduling, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Hands-on experience managing Oracle Fusion implementations or upgrades across modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, HCM, or related enterprise applications.
• Proficiency in requirements gathering, solution design coordination,
