Role Overview
We are looking for a result-oriented Business Development Manager – School Acquisition to drive new school partnerships and expand Beyond Mentor’s presence across Delhi.
The ideal candidate should have robust experience in B2B sales, school partnerships, institutional sales, or EdTech business development, along with excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and acquire new school partnerships across Delhi.
• Build and maintain solid relationships with Principals, Directors, School Management, Coordinators, and other key decision-makers.
• Conduct meetings and presentations with schools to understand their requirements and pitch Beyond Mentor’s career counselling and student development programs.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, references, cold calling, and field visits.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure and onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly school acquisition and revenue targets.
• Prepare and deliver effective business presentations and proposals.
• Coordinate with the internal counselling and operations teams for smooth implementation after closure.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and conversions through CRM/reporting systems.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and opportunities in the education sector.
• Develop long-term relationships with schools to drive repeat business and referrals.
