Role Description The Press Shop Production Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations of the press shop, ensuring safe, efficient, and timely production of automotive components. This full-time,



in office role is based in Chennai and involves planning production schedules, allocating resources, and monitoring machine performance to meet quality standards and delivery timelines. The role includes supervising operators and technicians, coordinating preventive maintenance, and resolving production issues to minimize downtime. The manager will track key performance indicators, implement process improvements, and collaborate with quality, design, and supply chain teams to optimize output and reduce waste.
