Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership: Hire, train, mentor, and supervise local sales representatives to achieve performance goals.
Sales Strategy: Set regional targets, design call cycles, and execute action plans to expand the customer base.
Client Relations: Visit key clients, handle high-level negotiations, and resolve service issues.
Performance Tracking: Analyze sales data, forecast revenue, and report regional metrics to senior management.
Market Research: Monitor local market trends, competitor activity, and product feedback.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
