Role Description This is a full time, on-site Performance Marketing Manager role based in Mumbai. The Performance Marketing Manager will plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across channels such as paid social, search, and display to drive customer acquisition and revenue growth. This role includes managing campaign budgets, tracking performance metrics, and using data to refine targeting,



creative, and funnels. The person in this position will collaborate with brand, content, and e-commerce teams to ensure consistent messaging, high-converting landing pages, and cohesive customer journeys. The role also involves conducting A/B tests, preparing regular performance reports, and identifying current growth opportunities and platforms for The Sleep Shell.
Qualifications
• Robust skills in performance marketing, including paid social advertising, search engine marketing, and display or retargeting campaigns.
• Experience with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads) and data-driven optimization for ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
• Ability to collaborate on creative development, including ad copy, visual concepts, and landing page optimization aligned with brand positioning.
