About FTCC and why this role existsFast Tracks Car Care is India's largest car customization and modification business, headquartered in Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad. We sell accessories, audio, detailing, wraps, wheels and full builds across retail and service.
We are growing fast and planning a showroom expansion, a FOCO franchise model and recent high-margin service lines. Our accounts have not kept pace: records across entities need reconciliation, and lenders and investors need clean, audit-ready numbers before they commit capital.
This person will turn our finance function from bookkeeping into a growth engine — clean books first, then sharper margins, then bigger, cheaper capital.
Key responsibilities1. Clean up the books• Audit the current state of accounts across all FTCC entities and firms; produce a gap report within 30 days.
• Reconcile bank, cash, GST, TDS, vendor and customer ledgers; transparent suspense and unexplained entries.
• Close pending GST returns, ITC mismatches (GSTR-2B vs books), TDS defaults and ROC filings; respond to notices.




• Separate personal and business transactions; fix related-party and inter-firm balances with proper documentation.
• Rebuild the chart of accounts, inventory valuation and fixed asset register on Tally / Zoho Books.
• Get statutory audit and tax audit completed on time with clean opinions.
Grow revenue and margins• Build product-, service- and branch-level P&L; so we know exactly what makes money.
• Analyse pricing, discounts and job-card profitability; recommend price and mix changes that lift gross margin.
• Plug revenue leakage: unbilled jobs, cash-sale gaps, unauthorised discounts, stock shrinkage.
• Set up working-capital discipline: receivables follow-up, vendor credit terms, inventory turns.
• Prepare annual budgets and monthly MIS with variance analysis for the CEO.
• Model unit economics for recent showrooms, franchise (FOCO) outlets and current service lines.
Raise loans and investment• Make FTCC bankable: CMA data,
