Role Description This is a full time, in office role based at the pharma manufacturing facility in the Palghar area near Mumbai. The Plant Engineering – Projects professional will lead and execute engineering projects in Oral Solid Dosage (OSD) and injectable manufacturing, including planning, installation, and commissioning of equipment and systems. Daily responsibilities include managing CAPEX projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams,



overseeing HVAC and utilities operations, and ensuring compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements. The role involves monitoring project timelines and budgets, troubleshooting technical issues in manufacturing infrastructure, and supporting continuous improvement in plant reliability and efficiency. The position also requires preparing and maintaining documentation, technical reports, and validation records related to engineering projects.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Project Management skills, including planning, execution, and coordination of CAPEX and engineering initiatives.
