Role Description The Sales Manager is a full-time hybrid role based in Surat, with a combination of on-site work and some work-from-home flexibility. The role involves developing and executing sales strategies, managing key accounts,



and expanding the customer base in domestic and international markets. Day-to-day responsibilities include identifying recent business prospects, building relationships with distributors and industrial clients, negotiating contracts, and achieving revenue and margin targets. The Sales Manager will collaborate with production and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries, accurate order fulfillment, and customer satisfaction. The role also includes monitoring market trends, preparing sales reports and forecasts, participating in industry events, and providing feedback to support product improvements and marketing initiatives.
