Role Description The Incubation Assistant is a full time, on-site role based in Hyderabad, supporting the daily operations of FoundersLab’s incubation programs. This role involves coordinating with students, mentors, and partners, scheduling sessions and events,



and maintaining accurate records of participant progress and program activities. The Incubation Assistant helps organize workshops, bootcamps, and mentoring meetings, prepares basic reports and presentations, and supports communication across email, messaging platforms, and social media. The position also includes assisting with outreach and engagement initiatives, gathering feedback from participants, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth functioning of Young Founders Lab, University Lab, and advisory programs.
Qualifications
• Solid organizational and coordination skills, with the ability to manage schedules, events, and multiple stakeholders.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, including comfort interacting with students, mentors, and external partners.
• Basic proficiency in MS Office or Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) and familiarity with online collaboration tools.
