Role Description The Learning and Development Executive (Cold Chain Industry) is a full time, on-site role based in Taloja, Navi Mumbai. The role involves designing and delivering training programs tailored to cold chain operations, safety standards, compliance requirements, and process efficiency for employees at various levels.



The executive will assess training needs, develop curricula and learning materials, coordinate training schedules, and track participation and outcomes to ensure continuous capability building. Day-to-day responsibilities include partnering with HR and operations leadership, conducting workshops and on-the-job training, maintaining training records, and recommending improvements to learning strategies and performance development initiatives. The role also requires staying updated on cold chain industry practices to align training content with business goals and regulatory expectations.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR or L&D; preferred
• 1–3 years of experience in L&D; or training coordination, preferably in FMCG, retail, manufacturing, or logistics
• Robust communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Prior experience of working in a cold storage warehouse
