Role Description The Agency Manager is a full time in office role based in Panvel. The person in this role will be responsible for recruiting, training, and managing a team of insurance advisors, ensuring they are equipped to offer appropriate life insurance solutions to customers. Day-to-day responsibilities include setting sales targets, monitoring performance,



providing coaching and guidance, and conducting regular meetings and reviews with the advisor team. The Agency Manager will drive business development activities in the local market, build and maintain customer relationships, and promote ICICI Prudential Life’s product portfolio. The role also involves ensuring compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
