Role Description The Channel Sales Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for driving business growth through designated channel partners. The role involves identifying, onboarding,



and nurturing relationships with channel partners to achieve sales targets and expand market reach for TATA AIG’s general insurance products. Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing sales strategies, monitoring partner performance, conducting regular reviews, and providing guidance to ensure alignment with company objectives. The Channel Sales Manager will collaborate with internal teams to support partners with product training, marketing initiatives, and resolution of operational issues, while ensuring high standards of customer service. The role also requires analyzing market trends, preparing performance reports, and recommending improvements to enhance channel productivity and customer experience.
