Role : SAP SuccessFactors Project Manager

Location : Singapore Onsite

Job Description

Role & Responsibilities Delivery :

• Lead complex SAP SuccessFactors implementation projects, ensuring scope, timeline, and budget are met.

Stakeholder Management

• Liaise with clients, HR leaders, and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and align expectations.

Solution Design

• Oversee configuration, integration, and customization of SuccessFactors modules (Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance, Learning, Compensation, etc.).

Risk & Issue Management

• Identify project risks, propose mitigation strategies, and resolve escalations.

Team Leadership

• Guide consultants and technical teams, ensuring quality deliverables and knowledge Support :
• Manage rollouts, enhancements, and ongoing client support.





Required Skills & Experience

• Experience : 7 - 10 years in project management, with at least 3 - 5 years in SAP SuccessFactors implementations in Singapore.
• Domain Knowledge : Solid understanding of HR processes and HCM modules.
• Certifications : SAP SuccessFactors certification preferred. PMP/Prince2 certification is a plus.
• Technical Skills : Familiarity with SAP integration tools, data migration, and cloud HR solutions.
• Soft Skills : Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and problem-solving abilities.
• Regional Exposure : Experience working with Southeast Asia clients is advantageous.
