Role Description This is a full-time, in office role based in Hyderabad for a Business Development Executive. The role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, generating and qualifying leads, and building a strong sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will engage with builders, agents, and buyers, conduct meetings and presentations, and nurture relationships to drive platform adoption and revenue growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, tracking performance metrics,



collaborating with marketing and product teams on growth initiatives, and providing market feedback to refine Propenu’s offerings. The role also requires maintaining accurate records in CRM tools and achieving defined sales and business development targets.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in Recent Business Development and Lead Generation, with the ability to build and manage a consistent sales pipeline.
• Business and Account Management skills to manage client relationships, negotiate deals, and ensure ongoing customer satisfaction.
• Excellent Communication skills for client engagement, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Experience in real estate, PropTech, FinTech, or related industries is an advantage.
