About the Role

We are looking for a highly execution-focused Head – Influencer Operations to lead and scale our influencer campaign operations across India.

This is a senior leadership role responsible for ensuring that every campaign moves seamlessly from brief to creator selection, negotiation, execution, content approvals, publishing, reporting and closure.

The ideal candidate should have deep experience in influencer marketing, solid relationships across the creator ecosystem, excellent team-management capabilities and the ability to execute multiple large-scale campaigns simultaneously.

This is not a coordination-only role. We are looking for someone who can own the complete operations function, build processes, solve escalations and deliver campaigns at scale.

Key Responsibilities
Campaign Operations Leadership
Own end-to-end execution of influencer marketing campaigns across multiple clients.
Translate client briefs into actionable execution plans.
Ensure campaigns are delivered within agreed timelines, budgets and deliverables.




Oversee creator identification, outreach, negotiations, onboarding, content approvals, posting and campaign closure.
Manage simultaneous execution of large-volume campaigns involving nano, micro, macro and celebrity creators.
Build systems capable of handling campaigns involving hundreds or thousands of creators.
Team Management
Lead the Influencer Operations team, including Senior Operations Managers, Campaign Managers, Executives and Interns.
Set transparent responsibilities, targets and timelines for every campaign.
Review team bandwidth and allocate resources efficiently.
Conduct regular campaign reviews and performance assessments.
Train the team on negotiations, creator communication, campaign management and escalation handling.
Build a high-accountability, execution-first culture within the operations team.
