About Mommy First®
Mommy First® is a maternal wellness and postpartum recovery brand founded in Recent York, with an established presence in the United States, Europe and the GCC.
We are preparing for our pan-India launch in 2027 and are building our India team in Thiruvananthapuram.
We are looking for a hands-on Senior Performance Marketing Manager to build and lead paid acquisition and lifecycle marketing for Mommy First® India across Meta, Google and WhatsApp.
This is a performance and growth role, not a general digital marketing or social media position.
Your first six months
Before launch, you will help build the performance marketing foundation from the ground up.
You will:
• Set up and validate the tracking and attribution stack across Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, Google Tag Manager and Shopify
• Establish Google Merchant Center and product feed readiness
• Build WhatsApp acquisition and lifecycle flows
• Run pre-launch tests across audiences, creatives, landing pages and offers




• Develop the paid acquisition framework for launch
• Help establish reporting, attribution and performance benchmarks
• Play a hands-on role in executing and scaling the India launch
