Role Description<

Executive will work on-site in Ludhiana in a full-time capacity, supporting the promotion and growth of Ignited Brainz programs.
Day-to-day responsibilities include planning and executing marketing campaigns, conducting market research to understand local demand, and positioning programs effectively to schools
The role involves coordinating sales activities, following up on leads,



and maintaining relationships with educational institutions and other stakeholders.
Executive will create and deliver marketing materials, support events and workshops, and report on campaign performance to help refine marketing strategies.
Collaboration with academic and operations teams will be important to ensure that marketing messages align with program goals and values.

What are we looking for
Experience in education, child-focused services, or community outreach will be preferred
Candidates should possess robust Communication skills to engage with Principal/Director/Promoters of schools through explicit, empathetic, and persuasive messaging
Candidates should possess Sales and Marketing skills to drive enrollment, manage leads, and convert interest into long-term engagement.
Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field are preferred.
