Job Summary

We are looking for an energetic, target-oriented, and confident Business Development Executive to drive business growth, generate leads, build client relationships, and achieve sales targets. The role involves field visits, lead generation, customer interaction, follow-ups, and business conversion.

Key Responsibilities
Generate current leads and identify potential business opportunities.
Conduct field visits and meet prospective customers/clients.
Promote and explain company products, courses, and services.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
Handle lead follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and personal meetings.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Convert leads into admissions/sales and contribute to revenue growth.
Conduct presentations, promotional activities, seminars, and campaigns when required.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, meetings, and conversions.




Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Submit regular sales and field activity reports.

Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing, negotiation, and sales skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated approach.
Valuable relationship-building and follow-up skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Sheets.
Willingness to travel for field activities.
Knowledge of the education/EdTech sector will be an added advantage.

Qualification & Experience
Qualification: Any Bachelor's Degree.
Experience: 0–3 years in Business Development, Sales, Field Sales, Education Sales, or EdTech.
Freshers with strong communication and sales skills are also encouraged to apply.
