We are looking for an Affiliate Marketing Head to own and scale our affiliate revenue engine across fintech, ecommerce, travel, credit cards, loans, consumer services, and digital products.
This is a highly commercial role. You will be responsible for building profitable advertiser and publisher relationships, increasing conversions, improving campaign economics, and developing affiliate marketing into a major revenue channel.





The ideal candidate understands both sides of affiliate marketing — advertisers and publishers — and can independently manage partnerships, campaign optimization, attribution, fraud control, reporting, and revenue growth.

Responsibilities• Own the complete affiliate marketing function and P&L.;
• Build and manage relationships with advertisers, affiliate networks, publishers, agencies, and direct partners.
• Identify high-revenue campaigns across categories such as:
• Credit cards
• Personal loans
• Business loans
• Banking products
• Ecommerce
• Travel
• Insurance
• Consumer apps
• Subscription products
• Negotiate commercials including CPL, CPA, CPS, CPI, revenue share, and hybrid payout models.
• Build and scale publisher acquisition across websites, apps, influencers, media buyers, communities, and performance partners.
