TIN Media is a creator talent management company working at the intersection of Creators, Brands, Influencer Marketing, Talent, Events, PR & Media. We are looking for a Business Development Manager who can own and grow our business pipeline.

What you will do:
• Identify and build relationships with brands, agencies and potential clients.
• Generate current business across influencer marketing, talent, events, PR and media.
• Understand client requirements and translate them into relevant TIN Media solutions.
• Own pitches, proposals, negotiations and closures.
• Build long-term client relationships and drive repeat business.
• Stay closely connected with market trends, brand spends and the evolving creator ecosystem.
• Work with internal teams to turn opportunities into successful campaigns.

What we are looking for:




Up to 2 years of relevant experience in BD, sales, influencer marketing, media, advertising, digital or creator economy. We are specifically looking for someone in the sweet spot, experienced enough to understand the market, but hungry enough to build something of their own.

You should be:
• Commercially sharp and confident with clients.
• Strong at communication, pitching and negotiation.
• Proactive about finding opportunities.
• Comfortable owning numbers and outcomes.
• Naturally curious about brands, creators and culture.
• Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting for instructions.

The most significant part:
You should have a natural instinct to lead your domain.
We want someone who sees a brand and thinks:
“There’s an prospect here. Let me figure out how we can win it.”

Compensation: Up to Rs. 6 LPA, depending on experience and fit.
