Role Description This is a full time, in office Mechanical Assembly role based in Pune. The Mechanical Assembly team member will assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components for various testers and equipment, following technical drawings, work instructions, and quality standards. Daily tasks include fitting and aligning parts, using hand and power tools, performing basic adjustments, and collaborating with engineering and quality teams to resolve assembly issues. The role involves conducting visual checks, basic inspections, and routine preventive maintenance on assembly tools and fixtures. The team member will also support continuous improvement activities, maintain accurate records of work performed,



and adhere to all safety and workplace guidelines.

Qualifications
• Robust mechanical foundation, preferably with experience or education in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
• Skills in basic Maintenance and routine care of tools, fixtures, and mechanical assemblies.
• Experience with Inspection practices, including visual checks and use of measuring instruments for quality verification.
• ITI, Diploma certificate, or vocational training in mechanical, automotive, or industrial trades is preferred.
