Role Description The Technical Documentation Specialist – Health Care will create, organize, and maintain explicit, accurate documentation for healthcare-related software products and solutions. This short term project, is full time remote job involves drafting and updating user manuals,



technical guides, process documents, and release notes in collaboration with product managers, developers, quality engineers, and support teams. The specialist will translate complex technical and domain concepts into user-friendly content, ensuring consistency, compliance with internal standards, and alignment with healthcare industry requirements. Daily responsibilities include gathering information from subject matter experts, structuring documentation sets, reviewing and editing existing materials, and ensuring all documents are version-controlled and easily accessible. The role also contributes to continuous improvement of documentation practices and may support training materials, FAQs, and internal knowledge bases.
