Role Description The Sales Representative is a full time, in office role based in Mumbai, responsible for driving in-store sales and delivering an elevated customer experience that reflects the brand’s values. In this role,



the individual will greet and engage customers, understand their style preferences, provide product recommendations, and assist with fittings to ensure a personalized shopping experience. Daily tasks include maintaining visual merchandising standards, managing inventory on the floor, processing transactions accurately, and handling customer queries and concerns professionally. The Sales Representative will also support promotional activities, build relationships with repeat customers, and provide feedback to the team on customer trends and product performance. Collaboration with store management and the broader team to meet sales targets and uphold brand presentation is a key part of this position.
