Role Description The Relationship Manager is a full time, on-site role based in Mysore, responsible for building and nurturing long-term relationships with Club Mahindra members. The role involves engaging with members to understand their holiday preferences, assisting with bookings and reservations,



and ensuring high levels of satisfaction before, during, and after their stays. The Relationship Manager will handle member queries and concerns, provide information on resort offerings and experiences, and promote relevant membership perks and upgrades in a consultative manner. Daily tasks include maintaining accurate member records, coordinating with resort operations and central teams, and following up proactively to enhance member loyalty and retention. The role requires regular interaction in person and over phone/email, with a robust focus on service excellence and professional conduct.
