Role Description This is a full-time, in office Telesales Executive role based in Current Delhi. The Telesales Executive will handle inbound and outbound calls to promote HerboCleanz products, explain product features, and guide potential customers through the buying process. The role includes identifying and qualifying leads, following up on inquiries,



and maintaining accurate records of customer interactions in CRM or related systems. The Telesales Executive will provide courteous customer support, resolve basic queries, and escalate complex issues when needed. The role also involves meeting sales targets, sharing feedback from customers with the team, and contributing to continuous improvement of sales scripts and processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess solid Communication skills and the ability to engage clearly and professionally over the phone.
