Role Description This is a full time, in office Sales Manager role based in Jasola vihar (Near Sarita Vihar). The Sales Manager will lead a team of sales professionals, set and monitor sales targets, and drive business growth for HDFC Life’s range of life insurance products. The role involves developing and executing local sales strategies,



building and maintaining relationships with customers and partners, and ensuring high standards of customer service. The Sales Manager will be responsible for training and mentoring team members, tracking performance metrics, and ensuring adherence to regulatory and company guidelines. The role also includes preparing sales forecasts and reports, coordinating with internal stakeholders, and representing the brand in local market initiatives.
