We are hiring a Buying Head for Rahbar Fashion Pvt Ltd.

Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh
Industry: Men’s Ethnic Wear, Wedding Wear and Occasion Wear
Role: Buying Head

We are looking for an experienced retail buying professional who understands product, customers, vendors, margins and inventory deeply.

The person should be capable of building a structured buying function, not just placing orders.

Key responsibilities:

• Build seasonal buying plans based on wedding, festive and regional demand with category P&L;
• Plan category wise and price point wise assortment
• Manage vendors professionally with explicit commercial terms
• Control buying quantity, intake margin, cost and inventory investment
• Ensure PO discipline before supplier dispatch
• Maintain correct style codes, size ratios, cost, HSN and product master data
• Work closely with merchandising, warehouse, finance and stores
• Track sell through, ROS, stock ageing and category performance
• Identify winning products and reduce slow moving inventory




• Develop new suppliers and strengthen existing supplier relationships
• Ensure buying decisions are supported by data and customer demand
• Build the right merchandise mix for Central India customers

Preferred candidate:

• Solid experience in men’s ethnic wear, wedding wear, occasion wear or fashion retail
• Strong supplier network
• Good commercial negotiation skills
• Robust understanding of margins, assortment planning and inventory
• Comfortable working with ERP, MIS and retail analytics
• Leadership experience managing a buying or sourcing team
• Willing to be based in Raipur
