Job SummaryWe are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented Housekeeping Associate to join the Housekeeping Department at Kyriad Prestige Ilkal. The associate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, presentation, and guest comfort throughout the hotel. The ideal candidate should have a positive attitude, attention to detail, and a robust commitment to delivering excellent hospitality service.
Key Responsibilities• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, public areas, and other assigned areas as per hotel standards.
• Ensure guest rooms are properly arranged, cleaned, and prepared before guest arrival.
• Change bed linen, towels, and other room supplies as required.
• Replenish guest amenities, toiletries, and housekeeping supplies.
• Follow proper cleaning procedures and use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in all assigned areas.




• Report maintenance issues, damages, lost & found items, and other irregularities to the concerned supervisor.
• Respond promptly and courteously to guest requests related to housekeeping services.
• Handle guest belongings and hotel property with care and maintain confidentiality.
• Follow all hotel policies, SOPs, safety procedures, and hygiene standards.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure smooth guest services.
• Assist with deep cleaning, periodic cleaning, and special cleaning assignments when required.
• Maintain housekeeping equipment, trolleys, and storage areas in clean and organized condition.
• Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of cleaning materials.
• Participate in daily briefings, training sessions, and departmental meetings.
• Support the team during high occupancy, special events, and peak operational periods.
