Job Description -
Inspect wire coils (incoming, in-process and finished) as per defined quality standards and specifications.
Identify and report defects, non-conformities and take necessary action.
Use measuring instruments (e.g., Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.) to check dimensions and quality parameters.
Maintain inspection records and documentation accurately.
Support process improvement and reduce quality issues.
Work closely with production, maintenance and quality team for smooth operations.
Skills -
Knowledge of measuring instruments and basic quality tools.
Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a team and follow standard procedures.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) will be an added advantage.
