Role Description The Head of Supply Chain Management will oversee end-to-end supply chain operations, ensuring efficient sourcing, inventory management, warehousing, and distribution for Urban Platter’s product portfolio. This in office, full-time role based in Mumbai will involve designing and implementing supply chain strategies, optimizing supplier relationships, and monitoring key performance indicators to meet service, cost, and quality targets.



The role includes leading and mentoring cross-functional teams, collaborating with operations, procurement, and customer service to maintain high product availability and timely delivery. The Head of Supply Chain Management will also drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage risk, and support scalable processes to align with Urban Platter’s growth and customer experience goals.
