Role Description The Purchase Assistant is a full time, in office position based in Rajkot.



This role supports the purchasing and procurement activities by preparing and processing purchase orders, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely delivery of materials and components for manufacturing operations. The Purchase Assistant will communicate regularly with suppliers and internal departments to confirm specifications, prices, and delivery schedules, and assist in negotiating favorable terms within established guidelines. Daily responsibilities include monitoring inventory levels, following established purchasing processes, resolving order or delivery discrepancies, and updating procurement documentation and reports. The role also involves coordinating with the finance team for invoice verification and payment follow-up, while adhering to company policies and quality standards.
