Job DescriptionWe are looking for a Maintenance Technician with hands-on experience in the Polymer/Plastic/Masterbatch Manufacturing Industry.
Responsibilities• Preventive and breakdown maintenance of polymer processing machines.
• Maintenance and troubleshooting of Extruder, Injection Moulding Machine, Blown Film Machine, Mixer/Kneader, Pelletizer, Dryer, Chiller and Compressor.
• Troubleshooting of Hydraulic, Pneumatic and Mechanical systems.
• Maintenance of motors, pumps, gearboxes, bearings, heaters, sensors and valves.
• Basic troubleshooting of Electrical Panels, VFD, PLC and Temperature Controllers.
• Attend machine breakdowns and minimize machine downtime.




• Maintain preventive maintenance and breakdown records.
• Follow safety and 5S standards.

Required Skills• Hands-on experience in Polymer/Masterbatch/Plastic Industry Maintenance.
• Positive mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems.
• Basic electrical troubleshooting knowledge.
• Experience with Extruder / Injection Moulding machines will be preferred.
• ITI / Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Maintenance or Polymer Engineering.

• Location: Ranjangaon MIDC Pune

Preferred: Candidates having direct experience in Polymer/Masterbatch Plant Maintenance will be given preference.
