Role Description The Sales Specialist is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role involves engaging prospective and existing clients, explaining Estate Now’s property solutions, and guiding them through the sales cycle from lead qualification to closure. The Sales Specialist will conduct consultations, present tailored solutions across services such as Property Health Reports,



documentation, brokerage, and modular homes, and follow up consistently to convert prospects. Daily responsibilities include managing pipelines, maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, coordinating with operations and legal teams for smooth service delivery, and achieving individual and team sales targets. The role also requires gathering market feedback, contributing to sales strategies, and participating in training sessions to stay updated on products, pricing, and regulatory changes.
Qualifications
