Qualifications

Required Skills

• Robust technical leadership across Java/Spring Boot
• Working command of Python and Node.js
• Hands-on with Docker, Kubernetes, Helm and modern cloud-native delivery
• REST and GraphQL API design
• Familiarity with LLM application frameworks: LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, vLLM, vector databases
• Product ownership and Agile delivery experience
• Ability to negotiate scope with enterprise and public-sector clients
• People leadership and mentoring of cross-functional engineers
