Role Description The Sales Executive role is a full time, in office position based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will identify and qualify prospective SME clients, conduct meetings and product demonstrations, and present Zoho-based solutions aligned with client requirements. Daily responsibilities include managing the sales pipeline, preparing proposals and quotations, coordinating with implementation and technical teams, and following up to close prospects.



The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM, building long-term client relationships, and meeting or exceeding assigned sales targets. The Sales Executive will also gather market feedback, contribute to sales strategies, and participate in events or presentations that promote ZVIS services.
Qualifications
• Strong sales and business development skills, including lead generation, prospecting, and closing deals.
• Experience in solution selling or SaaS/IT services, ideally with exposure to CRM, HRMS, or finance systems.
• Ability to understand and explain Zoho products (Zoho CRM, Zoho Books, Zoho People/HRMS) in business terms.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with a customer-centric approach.
• Proficiency in using CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecast sales, and maintain client records.
