Job Summary:
We are hiring a Business Development Executive to expand our customer base through field visits, client meetings, lead generation, and business development activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify new business opportunities through market research and field visits.
Meet potential clients and understand their business requirements.
Present and explain our products and solutions.
Develop relationships with new and existing customers.
Follow up on leads, negotiate, and support sales closure.
Achieve monthly business development targets.

Requirements:
Minimum 6 months of field sales/business development experience.
Candidates with previous experience in Insurance Sales, Bank Guarantees, or Surety Bonds will be preferred.
Robust communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented with valuable client relationship skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
