Role Description This is a full-time, in office Customer Support Executive role based in Mysuru. The Customer Support Executive will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing timely, accurate, and courteous responses.



Responsibilities include resolving issues, offering product and service information, troubleshooting basic technical problems, and escalating complex cases to the appropriate departments. The role involves maintaining records of customer interactions, tracking follow-ups, and ensuring a positive customer experience that aligns with service quality standards.
