We are hiring Customer Service Executives for an International BPO / International Voice Process . Candidates with excellent communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and flexibility to work in night shifts are encouraged to apply.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer queries through international voice processes.
Provide accurate information and effective solutions to customers.
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain customer satisfaction.
Handle customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
Follow company processes, quality standards, and service guidelines.
Meet defined performance and customer service targets.

Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.




Excellent spoken English and communication skills are mandatory.
Valuable interpersonal and customer-handling skills.
Comfortable communicating with international customers.
Must be versatile and comfortable working in night shifts / rotational shifts.
Willingness to work according to international time zones.
