Role Description The Team Leader (Edtech Sales) is responsible for overseeing a high-performing sales team that promotes Pregrad’s programs to prospective students and partners. This full-time, in office role is based in Noida and involves managing daily sales operations, setting targets, monitoring performance, and ensuring effective follow-up on leads. The Team Leader will coach and motivate team members, conduct regular training sessions, and help refine sales scripts and processes for improved conversion.
The role includes collaborating with marketing and product teams, analyzing data to optimize outreach strategies, and ensuring a positive, ethical, and learner-centric sales experience. The Team Leader is expected to maintain solid pipeline visibility, provide regular reporting to management, and contribute ideas for current initiatives to grow revenue and market reach.
Qualifications
• Demonstrated experience in leading and managing sales teams, preferably in edtech or education services.
• Strong skills in consultative selling, relationship building, and handling inquiries from students and parents.
• Ability to set targets, track performance metrics, and use data and CRM tools to drive decision-making.
