ZONAL SALES MANAGER – WEST BENGAL

Area of Operation: West Bengal
Preferred: Exposure to other Eastern Indian States

About PrRaHi AgarbattiPrRaHi Agarbatti, a growing premium Agarbatti brand from Eastern India, is expanding its market presence across West Bengal and other Eastern Indian markets. We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Zonal Sales Manager (ZSM) to lead and strengthen our sales operations across West Bengal.

Key Responsibilities• Take overall responsibility for sales and business development across West Bengal.
• Drive primary and secondary sales through distributors, stockists, wholesalers and retailers.
• Appoint, develop and manage the distributor network across the state.
• Lead, guide and monitor the field sales team to achieve business targets.
• Develop market expansion plans and identify current business opportunities.
• Ensure effective product range selling, market penetration and visibility.
• Monitor distributor performance, stock, collections and market working.




• Conduct regular market visits and provide hands-on leadership to the team.
• Prepare and implement monthly and annual sales plans.
• Work closely with Management on business strategy, market development and execution.

Candidate Profile• 10–12 years of FMCG Sales experience is mandatory.
• Candidates without FMCG experience will NOT be considered.
• Experience in Agarbatti / Incense / Puja Products / related FMCG categories will be an added advantage.
• Experience of handling West Bengal market is highly desirable.
• Exposure to other Eastern Indian States will be an added advantage.
• Solid understanding of distributor management, market expansion and team handling.
• Should be target-oriented, commercially sound and capable of working in a growing organisation.
• Should have solid communication, negotiation and leadership skills.
• Age is not a constraint for the right and deserving candidate.
