Role Overview:
We’re on the hunt for a agile Social Media & Digital Marketing Executive to lead content strategy, audience engagement, and digital campaign performance. You'll work directly with our creative team and brand strategists to plan, execute, and optimize social and digital marketing efforts — not just for PIXSONIK, but also for select client brands.

This role requires a balance of creativity, analytical thinking, trend awareness, and a deep understanding of digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities:
Social Media Marketing
• Plan, create, and execute monthly social media calendars for PIXSONIK and client brands.
• Brainstorm engaging content formats including reels, carousels, memes,



and interactive stories.
• Collaborate with designers and motion graphics editors to bring content ideas to life.
• Write compelling captions, hashtags, and post copy in alignment with brand voice.
• Manage publishing, scheduling, and monitoring across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, Threads, YouTube Shorts, etc.)
• Engage with the audience – respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in a timely, brand-appropriate tone.
• Stay updated on platform algorithm changes, content trends, and viral formats.
Digital Marketing
• Set up, run, and manage ad campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads (Search & Display), and LinkedIn.
• Handle full-funnel campaigns: brand awareness, lead generation, website traffic, and conversions.
• Monitor ad performance, optimize for better ROI, and report key metrics weekly/monthly.
• Perform A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and ad cop
