The two projects

You'll own growth for two early-stage AI companies, run side by side as two projects.

Kaia AI builds governed, pre-trained AI agents for regulated industries: legal, healthcare, finance and energy. The agents run real workflows such as eDiscovery, claims adjudication, accounts payable and reserves estimation, inside data the customer controls. Every agent runs on the Kaia Intelligence Engine, which turns human corrections into model improvements you can verify, backed by the Kaia Expert Network and Kaia Marketplace. Kaia keeps a fail-closed trust posture: if a control has a gap, the gap is public. The company works with a small number of design partners at a time and goes deep with each one.

SentrAIx builds SmartTestAIx, an agentic AI platform for QA and test automation, sold through the Microsoft Azure Marketplace. Buyers are engineering and QA leaders at software companies.




That means two very different buyers. CFOs, controllers and general counsel on one side, CTOs and QA heads on the other. You'll learn to win both.

Who you'll work with:

A small team with decades of selling experience and a deep network across SMB, mid-market and enterprise accounts in India and the US. You get direct founder access and live accounts from your first week.

What you'll do:

We always prefer quality over quantity.

Research and prioritize target accounts for both companies, from SMB to enterprise.

Run outbound across email, LinkedIn and phone, and work inbound leads through to qualified meetings.

Take prospects from first touch to a signed design partnership (Kaia) or an active trial (SentrAIx).

Write and test messaging for each audience: legal, healthcare, finance and energy stakeholder for Kaia, engineering and QA leaders for SentrAIx.
