About the RoleWe are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to plan, execute, optimize, and scale digital advertising campaigns across major paid media platforms.
The role will be responsible for driving qualified leads and conversions through data-driven campaign management, continuous optimization, audience targeting, creative testing, and performance analysis.
Key Responsibilities• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other relevant digital advertising platforms.
• Execute campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Meta, and other paid media formats.
• Conduct keyword research, audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign planning.
• Set up and optimize campaigns based on CPL, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR, CAC, and other performance metrics.
• Monitor campaign performance and identify prospects to improve efficiency and conversion rates.
• Manage campaign budgets and optimize spend across campaigns, audiences, keywords, and channels.
• Conduct A/B testing of ad copies, creatives, landing pages, audiences, and campaign structures.




• Work closely with the content and creative teams to develop performance-oriented ad creatives and messaging.
• Analyze lead quality and conversion data to improve campaign targeting and funnel performance.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking using Google Analytics 4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, and other relevant tools.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights based on campaign data.
• Track customer journeys from ad click to lead/conversion and identify funnel drop-offs.
• Stay updated with changes in advertising platforms, targeting options, tracking methodologies, and performance marketing best practices.

Required Skills & Experience• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing / paid digital advertising.
• Robust experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Tag Manager.
