Role Description This is a full-time, in office Dentist role based in Bengaluru. The Dentist will provide comprehensive dental care, including diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, preventive care, and patient education. Daily responsibilities include conducting oral examinations, interpreting diagnostic tests, performing procedures such as fillings, extractions, scaling, and other treatments as required. The role involves maintaining accurate clinical records,



adhering to clinical protocols and safety standards, and collaborating with other healthcare specialists to support integrated, preventive care. The Dentist will also participate in patient outreach, help develop oral health awareness initiatives, and contribute to continuous improvement of clinical workflows.
Qualifications

• Valid BDS or MDS degree from a recognized institution and current registration with the appropriate dental council.
• Strong clinical skills in diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative dentistry, and preventive dental care.
• Proficiency in using dental instruments, equipment, and digital dental records or practice management software.
• Excellent patient communication skills, with the ability to explain treatment options and promote preventive oral health practices.
• Commitment to strict infection control, hygiene standards, and adherence to clinical protocols and regulatory requirements.
