Role Description The Wedding & Event Hamper Coordinator will manage end-to-end planning, coordination, and execution of hampers for weddings and special events. This full time, in office role is based in Mumbai and involves working closely with clients, event planners, and internal teams to understand requirements, budgets, themes, and timelines.



Day-to-day responsibilities include designing hamper concepts, selecting and coordinating products, overseeing packaging and presentation, and ensuring timely delivery to venues. The Coordinator will maintain detailed order and inventory records, coordinate with vendors, and monitor quality standards for all hampers. The role also includes providing customer support, handling queries, and contributing to sales opportunities by suggesting creative hamper ideas and upsell options for events.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess robust Event Planning and Event Management skills to coordinate wedding and event hampers from concept to delivery.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Candidates should possess Sales skills to identify client needs, recommend appropriate hamper solutions
