Role Description This is a full time, on-site Business Development Executive role based in Trivandrum. The role involves identifying and pursuing current business opportunities in the elevator and escalator market, including researching prospects, generating leads, and building a qualified sales pipeline. The Business Development Executive will conduct client meetings, present company solutions, prepare proposals, and support contract negotiations in coordination with the sales and technical teams.



Day-to-day responsibilities include managing key accounts, maintaining regular communication with clients, tracking market trends, and providing feedback to internal teams to improve offerings and customer experience. The position requires close collaboration with operations and project teams to ensure timely delivery and follow-up, as well as reporting business development activities and results to management.
