About the Role

This role is for someone who already has strong relationships across media, digital, creative, and integrated agencies and understands how agency briefs, pitches, media planning, and client requirements translate into business opportunities. You will own agency relationships, open current opportunities, and drive revenue for Qoruz.

What You'll Own
• Drive Revenue: Own individual revenue targets and commercial outcomes across media, digital, creative, and integrated agencies.
• Agency Relationships: Build, grow, and maintain strong relationships with key agency stakeholders and decision-makers.
• Current Business Acquisition: Actively hunt for recent agency accounts and business opportunities while expanding existing accounts through repeat and larger engagements.
• Brief & Campaign Alignment: Stay close to upcoming briefs, pitches, campaigns,



and client requirements to position relevant Qoruz solutions.
• End-to-End Sales Ownership: Manage the complete sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and commercial closure.
• Pipeline Management: Build and maintain a healthy, predictable revenue pipeline.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Brand Solutions, Client Servicing, and Operations teams to seamlessly take prospects from pitch to execution.

What We're Looking For
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in Media Sales, Digital Sales, Advertising Sales, or Agency Business.
• Strong Network: Existing relationships with key agency decision-makers, including Media Planners, Media Buyers, Account Directors, Digital Heads, and Business Heads.
• Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in hunting, pitching, negotiating, and closing new agency business.
• Domain Knowledge: Experience selling media, digital advertising, branded content, influencer marketing,
