Role Description The Business Development Manager will drive growth by identifying, developing, and managing strategic partnerships and corporate collaborations for Masters’ Union. This full time, on-site role based in New Delhi involves prospecting potential partners, conducting outreach, and presenting Masters’ Union’s programs and value proposition to organizations and stakeholders. The role includes managing the end-to-end business development cycle,



from lead generation and proposal creation to negotiation and closing agreements. The Business Development Manager will maintain strong relationships with existing partners, work closely with academic and marketing teams to align initiatives with institutional goals, and track performance metrics to refine strategies. The individual will also support events, industry engagements, and outreach activities that enhance the school’s visibility and impact.
Qualifications
• Solid business development, sales, or partnership management experience, preferably in education, edtech, or skilled training sectors.
• Proven ability to identify opportunities, build relationships with senior stakeholders, and negotiate mutually beneficial agreements.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with comfort engaging corporate leaders and industry partners.
