Role Overview:
We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Head – Corporate to lead the organization’s overall HR function and drive people strategies aligned with business goals. The role will be responsible for Team lead, workforce planning, performance management, employee engagement, compensation & payroll, HR operations, compliance, and organizational development.



The HR Head will work closely with the senior leadership and business heads to build a high- performance culture, strengthen employee retention, develop leadership talent, and establish scalable HR processes. The ideal candidate should have robust exposure to the real estate/construction industry and the ability to manage both corporate and project-level HR requirements while driving HR transformation and process automation.

Key Responsibilities:
• Strategic HR Leadership: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company’s business and growth objectives. Make Partnership with the leadership team on workforce planning, organizational structure, and people strategy.
• Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning: Lead HR Team and recruitment for corporate, managerial, senior management, and leadership positions. and Develop manpower plans based on current and future business requirements.
