Role Description The Associate will work on a full time, on-site basis in Pune City, supporting the firm’s commercial and corporate practice. Day-to-day responsibilities include drafting, reviewing,



and negotiating commercial contracts such as vendor agreements, employment and HR agreements, NDAs, SLAs, MSAs, and partnership or joint venture agreements. The role involves conducting legal research, assessing contractual risks, and providing clear, practical advice to business clients. The Associate will assist in contract lifecycle management, support dispute resolution and litigation matters, and collaborate with senior lawyers to deliver timely, accurate legal solutions. The position requires robust attention to detail, effective communication with clients and internal teams, and a commitment to maintaining high professional and ethical standards.
Qualifications

• Robust skills in contract drafting, review, and negotiation, particularly for commercial agreements, vendor and supplier contracts, and service-related arrangements.
